What I've noticed in the two years I've been an MM patient is that different dispensaries drastically contrast each other when it comes to cost, choices, and most of all, customer service. This is one of the best dispensaries I've been to. First and foremost, the customer service was out of this world awesome, and they don't even accept tips. Secondly, I was given a generous 60% discount for being a first time customer, which made the price right too.

I love Surterra and I go regularly as my recc allows. Value is exceptional, particularly for the carts and edibles. Flower quality is great too. Shoutout to Ty, she did an excellent job helping me the other day.

Always helpful & friendly staff, - they deserve to get tips..Just like every other dispensary in town that I've visited. I always do a pre-order and pick up is usually quite quick. Definitely recommend giving them a go if you haven't already. Products are always top notch as well

1st time in Surterra. Superb customer service from Tyranique. She is well educated on all products. She was very patient and Informative. Also explained 1st time discount. Products are great. I will be back because if Tyranique.

Went for an advertised class on how to navigate the OMMU page and they had totally forgotten they were supposed to do it today 8/20/23 and then not only did they just not do the class but still didn't give us our free item but wrote down our names to be entered into a $25 store credit drawing, hell they should give us that for wasting our time today, I'm very disappointed we didn't get the class, I understand that they were crowded at first but totally forgetting about the class is crazy lol but I guess we will get the stuff down the line somewhere. "UPDATE" Tracy at the customer service center was a awesome help and a great person, thank you Tracy, I'm changing my star 🌟 rating back to a 5 because of the help I received from her.

They’re always having sales! Great options for medicine! Another thing I’d like to touch on is how these people treat you. They’re kind, sweet, and wholesome.
